FBLA Wins Big
Members from the FBLA Club attended the FBLA National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, MD in June, 2018. 
Members were able to take in some of the sights in nearby Washington, DC, including the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Wall, Korean Memorial, Library of Congress, and the Capitol Building, as well as visit the Air and Space Museum.
While in Baltimore, the members visited the Inner Harbor Area and toured Bustin' Skate Boards. The members also traveled to Hershey, PA to have experience the World of Chocolate and Hershey Park. 
The members completed in the following events: Evan Sims and Tyler Donsky in Mobile Applicactions. Abby Regenstein in Introduction to FBLA, and Akshat Nadella in Business Calculations. 
Akshat Nadella place 7th in the nation in Business Calculations. 
Other members earned individual awards--Jamie Pickle, Savannah Pleasant and Kyle Potts received the Achievement Level Award of the Community Service Awawrds--they all completed 500 hours of community Service during their four (4) years of high school.
Kyle Potts also received the America Level of the Business Achiement Awards. This award is completing business activities outside of normal FBLA competitive events and community service. 
The FZS Chapter was also recognized for earning the Outstanding Chapter Award and the Gold Seal of Merit Award.
Mrs. Klemme, chapter adviser, was recognized as the Missouri State Outstanding Adviser of the Year along with the other Outstanding Advisers across the US.
